HOT CLASSES

We have a heated studio and offer the option of many different types of classes that open tight muscles and stiff joints, create space in the spine, and generate extreme heat to get you sweating hard. We offer Hot Power Vinyasa, Hot Flow Vinyasa, Hot Core Vinyasa, Hot Pilates/Express, Hot Yoga 40/41which is a fast paced flow that builds strength and endurance as well as flexibility. You’ll need water, a mat towel (a large beach towel will do), a yoga mat and you might like a face towel to wipe off the sweat as you practice.

Hot Yoga 40© and 41 Series

Push yourself to your edge in this challenging hot class. Our teacher, Randi Perrett, has studied in NYC and continues to attend teacher workshops and trainings that uniquely qualify her as the top Hot Yoga Instructor in the Lehigh Valley.

Our original hot yoga class, Hot Yoga 40, is a sequence developed by Randi Perrett of 40 challenging postures in a 75 minute class. The emphasis is on strength and endurance. The bulk of the series (about 45 min) is made up of standing poses.

In Hot Yoga 41, Randi continues to expand on the series, offering something a little more challenging, with the emphasis remaining on strength and endurance.

We are pleased to also offer these other varieties Hot Yoga and Pilates:

Hot Power Vinyasa: An energizing flow sequenced to build strength and endurance.
Hot Slow Vinyasa: A slower paced hot class for all levels.Maximize your efforts to build flexibilty.
Hot Core Vinyasa: A flowing vinyasa yoga class with emphasis on strengthening the core.

Hot Pilates: An energetic and challenging pilates class in a heated room.

Hot Pilates Express: A 45 minute class…its shorter and uses a higher intensity.
