Vinyasa Classes: No experience required for these classes.
What is Vinyasa? It simply means you flow continously throughout the class, holding postures for a duration of time specified by the type of class you’re taking. Slow and Power vinyasa classes usually hold the postures for about 5 breaths. Restorative yoga will have you in a posture for much longer, but the postures will be supported so minimal effort is required to stay in them.
Restorative Yoga for the spine: A class designed to address Scoliosis, back pain and injuries. This is also a great class for all beginners and gives you a great foundation for moving on to our more athletic practices.Read what one student had to say about this class:

Slow Vinyasa – A gentle Ashtanga based vinyasa flow for people who don’t want a challenging class, or need to move more slowly as they transition from standing to seated.
Power Vinyasa: A very challenging Ashtanga based free flowing class to build strength and endurance. You’ll work hard and come back wanting more! Each class is different and each instructor brings their own style.
PRENATAL and KIDS
Prenatal: Yoga for pregnancy. No experience required. We meet on Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm. You can begin at any time during your pregnancy, but we recommend that you start early and continue consistently through delivery for the best results. Power Girls Yoga for ages 9 – 13 yrs.
Your daughter will become strong body, mind and soul with a regular yoga practice. In this 6 week session, she will gain body awareness, develop a healthy body image and make new friends. Summer Camps for your kids!
Mom’s Day Out - We take over for mom every Tuesday from 10 am – 2 pm! Your child age 5 – 8 is invited to join us for fun, games, activities and YOGA!!!! You’ll send along your child’s packed lunch and we’ll provide the fun! June 25th – Aug 6th for $150.
Power Girls Summer Camp - A week long day camp for your daughter age 9 – 13. She’ll learn about healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, cooking and recipes to try, art projects and of course a yoga and meditation practice. The girls will choose a service project they’ll work on during the week as well. Lunch provided. Cost is $200 and space is limited.
