Mysore style class is the best way to learn Ashtanga Yoga. Each student works one-on-one with the instructor learning the basics, then progressing at their own pace. No experience needed. You will be practicing with students of all levels, in a nurturing, loving environment free of the pressures of daily life. We meet weekdays at 6 am. Tuesdays and Thursdays offer later start times. Practice with us 6 days a week with an unlimted membership.
